## 问题描述
cache+ 域名配置工单上传域名不合法，但是客户下载信安附件显示是合法的。
1、客户创建域名工单是不对的。
2、客户随后走了域名配置记录工单。
3、客户页面下载显示正常。

背景 21 年前的工单，目前无法查看入库日志。
客响反馈 47 个域名（引入时间 2021 年前）在域名列表显示非法。
其中 12 个未查询到备案信息。
35 个确认备案信息正常，与我们信安库（big_cloud_information_domain）中一致。
