1、关于 service\_provide	isp\_code	运营商 的映射方案，主要是配管多余枚举参数如何映射。

2、省份、城市信息配管是否可以直接返回中文。周末我已录入相应枚举。可对 code 解析也可以直接读取中文。看配管最终返回什么均可。

3、接口文档维护：

仅支持一个 IP 查询，历史接口入参是 String 类型
